Shailendra Singh

Shailendra is a commerce graduate from Allahabad University, Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Law Graduate from Agra University, having widespread experience of 11 years in secretarial, legal and regulatory affairs and extensive exposure in managing various regulatory approvals, overseeing statutory compliance required to be complied under Corporate Laws, Foreign Exchange Law(s), Labour Law(s) and allied law(s).

He assists in formulating legal procedure(s) / drafting various document(s) and ensuring compliances in accordance with RBI and SEBI regulatory guidelines. He has been providing consultancy services in relation to business formation, corporate secretarial compliance, corporate restructuring and representation, legal and regulatory compliance. Shailendra has been closely associated with Institute of Company Secretary and has taken sessions on Management and Skill Orientation Programmes conducted by ICSI. He published articles to his name. He has worked closely for four years with Fox Mandal and Co. (International Law Firm) as a consultant and was associated with AKS Partners for almost five years. He has worked as a director in Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and currently he is director in Veeratva Technologies Private Limited, a South Africa based company.

Presently, he is heading corporate department of SSC Legal since last six years wherein he is advising multi-national as well as domestic companies in business strategies and formulation of business plan and restricting of the companies including but not limited to managing corporate litigation. He is well versed in English and Hindi language.
